This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.autotrendix.com, operated by Elveron, s. r. o., with its registered office at Rybárska 406/18, 962 31 Sliač, Slovakia.

Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Slovak Consumer Protection Act.

To exercise this right, the returned item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With all original tags intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@autotrendix.com before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items

We accept returns and provide replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged
  • The product is missing essential parts
  • The product delivered is not the item ordered

To assist with resolving such issues efficiently, we strongly recommend submitting photographic or video evidence (such as an unboxing video). While not mandatory under law, it helps us to process your request accurately and promptly.

Please notify us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used, unless otherwise agreed. Store credit may be offered only at your request.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or handling fees.

The return shipping address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item following our return procedure and place a new order.

Replacements and Fees

In cases where a replacement is issued voluntarily and not due to a manufacturing defect or seller error, we reserve the right to apply a €10 processing fee. You will be informed of any such fee in advance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Elveron, s. r. o. is not responsible for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We will provide tracking details and shipping confirmation to assist customers in contacting the courier.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation option is no longer available, and the standard return procedure must be followed.
